It's important that healing and growth are the focus of our health journey because those things are attainable and necessary. When the focus shifts to becoming perfect or flawless or someone else's form of beautiful, we create an atmosphere of discouragement. Liberate yourself from perfectionism! See your flaws in the light of your incredible worth! Find excitement in growing in strength. Stop comparing yourself to others! Stop focusing on the fact that you are flawed and broken, because we all are, and make your decisions based on the fact that you are worthy and beautiful! This is the mental transformation that leads to physical transformation! It's from this place that we can choose self care over self loathing and grace over shame. We are flawed but we are worthy. We are broken but we are beautiful!
